Shreya Omer is part of the Employment Law and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) practice groups and is based out of the firm’s Delhi & NCR office.
Shreya has experience in advising clients on a range of matters across all industry sectors in relation to employee documentation, internal investigations, policies and handbooks, employee transfer and termination procedures, company incorporation compliances, and employee-related disputes.
In particular, Shreya has experience in advising clients on sexual harassment, immigration, employment due diligence & audits and reduction-in force matters.
Shreya has written on a variety of subjects including ‘an employer’s perspective on vaccination drives’ published by People Matters.
In her spare time, Shreya enjoys dancing and is a fitness enthusiast.
