Khushbu Goyal is part of the Real Estate practice and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai
office.
Khushbu
advises clients on a range of matters across sector, including
developers, sellers,
purchasers, non-banking financial companies in relation to
redevelopment, RERA, conveyancing, real estate financing, title
diligence etc.
In
particular, she has experience in advising on co-operative society
redevelopment, purchase
and selling of TDR, acquisition of the land, real estate litigation,
family trust and other property related matters. She has assisted
clients in title due diligence for Mhada properties, MIDC properties,
society redevelopment, city land areas and rural land
areas situated in different parts of India and have requisite expertise
in due diligence.
She has written on a variety of subjects including Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act, 2016 co-published with by her team Infolex Newsalert | RERA Dossier - Volume 4.
In her spare time, Khushbu enjoys going for treks and watching movies.
