Harsh Gupta is part of the Dispute Resolution practice and is based out of the firm’s Bengaluru office.
Harsh advises and represents clients on a range of matters across sectors, including various corporations, mining conglomerates, high net-worth individuals, public sector undertakings, and entities in the renewable energy sector in relation to matters pertaining to financial fraud, intellectual property disputes, insolvency, commercial and contractual disputes, construction arbitrations, etc.
In particular, Harsh has experience in advising and representing clients on matters related to civil and commercial disputes, company law, public laws, and arbitration.
In his spare time, Harsh enjoys watching cricket and movies, and exploring new food joints.
