Swathi has experience in advising clients across a range of sectors such as manufacturing, e-commerce, IT, service, fintech, coal mining and pharmaceuticals. She has, amongst others, worked extensively on domestic and cross border M&A, advised on strategic and financial investments, joint ventures, business restructuring, has undertaken compliance reviews, and advised on other corporate and commercial matters.
In particular, Swathi has experience on matters relating to Indian corporate and foreign investment laws, drafting, vetting and negotiating investment agreements, share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer agreements and advising on routine corporate matters. Swathi has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions including Japan, Singapore, France, Korea, USA and UK.
In her spare time, Swathi enjoys traveling and birdwatching.
