Deepansh has experience in advising domestic and international clients across sectors, in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, general corporate matters and capital market offerings.
In particular, he has experience in assisting clients with drafting and negotiating transaction related documentation, including securities subscription agreements, shareholder’s agreements, securities purchase agreements, business/asset transfer agreements, public offer documents, and general corporate agreements.
In his spare time, Deepansh enjoys working out, listening to music and trekking.
