Abhijit Chakrabarti, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including clients in the e-commerce and technology space, along with health and financial services in relation to structuring of business, data privacy, as well as commercial agreements pertaining to data governance and product structuring.
In particular Abhijit has experience in advising in the payments and financial technology space; regulatory and compliance framework for different payments systems in India; and on data protection and governance.
Abhijit has written on a variety of subjects including the firm’s fintech newsletter, the compliance framework of storage of Aadhaar, and on the regulatory developments in the fintech space published by the Financial Technology Law Review.
