In particular Abhijit has experience in advising in the payments and financial technology space; regulatory and compliance framework for different payments systems in India; and on data protection and governance.
Abhijit has written on a variety of subjects including the firm’s fintech newsletter, the compliance framework of storage of Aadhaar, and on the regulatory developments in the fintech space published by the Financial Technology Law Review.
In his spare time, Abhijit enjoys playing and listening to music; and is an avid supporter of Chelsea Football Club.
