Neeati
is part of the Banking & Finance practice and is based out of the firm’s
New Delhi office.
Neeati
advises clients on a gamut of transactions including structured finance, debt
capital market offerings (including green financing) and corporate insolvency
advisory.
Her
area of expertise also includes acquisition finance, real estate finance,
advisory on cross border financing arrangements and listed and unlisted
debenture issuances.
In
her free time, Neeati enjoys reading, baking and indulging in different forms
of art.
