Raunak has extensive experience in a diverse array of litigation proceedings before various High Courts and the Delhi District Courts ranging from white collar crimes to land acquisition and property-related disputes.
Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Raunak had a private practice where he dealt with several cases relating to white collar crimes, service law, land acquisition and other property-related disputes on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) and North Delhi Municipal Corporation, defamation, probate, IT Act, Copyright Act, contempt proceedings etc. He also advises clients on proceedings initiated under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Food Safety and Standards Act, and other criminal proceedings.
Raunak has also appeared before various tribunals such as the Competition Commission of India, National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Central Administrative Tribunal.
Raunak was also associated with Mr. Nidhesh Gupta, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India where he worked on matters pertaining to service law, arbitration proceedings relating to construction disputes, land acquisition, Medical Council of India amongst others.
