In particular, Shivani has experience advising clients across various sectors, including banking, financial services, aviation, e-commerce, technology, real estate and healthcare. She has also represented domestic and international clients in connection with corporate restructuring and investment transactions, and has been involved in drafting and negotiating extensive commercial agreements.
Shivani is a member of the New York State Bar and was working in New York City prior to joining INDUSLAW.
