Saloni is part of the Taxation Practice Group and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office.
She advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including tax related aspect of corporate restructuring, withholding
tax obligation, international tax and corporate tax.
In
particular, Saloni has experience in advising on litigative issues
involving both international (including analysis and applicability
of treaty provisions) and corporate tax.
In her spare time, Saloni Shital enjoys reading and watching movies/shows.
