Anshul Bhuwalka is part of the Transactions practice and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Anshul, who has over one year of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including private equity and venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions in relation to corporate and commercial matters. Anshul also regularly advises companies and founders in relation to their fund-raising activities, strategic investments, and sell-side acquisition transactions in addition to miscellaneous corporate and commercial matters.
In particular, Anshul has experience in advising on private equity and venture capital funds in relation to India entry, investments and exits.
Anshul has written on a variety of subjects in corporate and commercial matters, published by various journals including SCOPUS journal (Janus.net).
In his spare time, Anshul enjoys travelling, playing cricket and watching and reading about motor sports.
