Ruchi is part of the Employment Law practice and is based out of the firm’s Bangalore office.
Ruchi has significant experience in advising domestic and international clients in the technology, manufacturing and
retail space on HR and employment matters, covering all stages of the employee life cycle.
Ruchi
routinely advises on workplace and harassment investigations,
large-scale rightsizing operations, closures, and
complex and sensitive senior employee exits and has also represented
clients before Indian regulatory bodies in matters related to social
security contributions.
Ruchi has conducted capacity-building workshops on labor law matters for MNCs. She has contributed to various international
publications, including Lexology and Thomson Reuters on India employment matters.
In
her spare time, Ruchi enjoys reading, cooking and listening to music.
