Vedman Lokesh is part of the Transactions team and is based out of the firm’s Bengaluru office.
As
a part of the Transactions Team, Vedman is involved in advising the
clients on a range of matters across sectors, including general
corporate and secretarial advisory, intellectual property
rights, services in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions,
commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits.
In his spare time, Vedman can be found running his cricket podcast and reading history and philosophy.
