Parvathi Suresh is part of

Parvathi
Suresh advises clients
on a range of matters across sectors, real estate developers in Tamil
Nadu, including title due diligence for large tracts of land and legal
compliances on construction of multi storied residential apartments and
commercial building. In addition to the above,
the work also includes drafting and vetting various transactions
documents including but not limited to Sale Deed, Agreement for Sale,
Lease Deed, Settlement Deed, Release Deed, Power of Attorney,
Construction Agreement, Joint Development Agreement.
In
particular, Parvathi has
experience in advising the process of real estate acquisition right
from conducting title verification, estimating, assessing and mitigating
risks to title ownership upon acquisition, drafting, negotiation,
finalisation of registration of title transfer documents,
construction and maintenance arrangements and power transfers. She also
assists clients with facilitating registrations at the various local
statutory authorities and ensures completion of all statutory
formalities.
