Milan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and specialists in general corporate and commercial work, assisting members of the firm on a variety of client matters relating to commercial agreements and day-to-day company operation. He has a particular focus on contract law partnership law, the law on limited liability partnerships and company law. Milan is visually impaired (being 100 per cent visually handicapped) but due to his great sense of resilience and determination, his disability does not obstruct his ability to perform complex tasks. With the help of modern technology, Milan works with colleagues across the organisation, providing legal support in research and transaction execution. He can naturally operate and navigate a range of software applications, including Microsoft office and web browsers, overcoming his disability and other barriers, providing a unique value addition. In his spare time, Milan enjoys listening to music and the news, dining out, listening to films, sports and visiting exhibitions. He also enjoys travelling and researching the internet. Prior joining INDUSLAW, Milan was employed in the legal department of MakeMyTrip, a leading Indian online travel platform.
