Nilima has
a four and half years experience advising investors, funds, purchasers, sellers
and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors,
including e-commerce, information technology, consumer goods, media and
entertainment.
She
has advised on joint ventures, capitalization structures, growth options,
technology collaborations, company restructurings and private equity
transactions, negotiating a range of shareholder, business transfer, joint
venture, non-disclosure, non-compete, outsourcing, franchising, marketing, LLP
related and employment agreements, among others.
Nilima
also has experience advising on debt related agreements and documents for the
issuance of non-convertible debentures.
She
has written on a variety of subjects including FDI in India, minority shareholders’
protection in Indian joint venture companies, e-commerce in India and she has
also co-authored a publication on the Ease of Doing Business in India,
published by the American Bar Association on India Law News.
