Rahul is a Partner in INDUSLAW’s Energy Regulatory practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi NCR office.
Rahul, who has over 10 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including power generators, distribution and transmission licensees in relation to regulatory disputes between the generators and licensees arising out of the Electricity Acy, 2003 and the rules and regulations framed thereunder before the specialized forums such as Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Appellant tribunal for Electricity and High Courts.
In particular, Rahul has experience in advising on regulatory issues related to the power sector in the country.
In his spare time, Rahul enjoys watching movies and playing cricket.
