Anurag primarily advises clients including strategic investors, investment funds, founders, companies, and other stakeholders on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, setting up of joint ventures and a range of matters, across sectors including, renewable energy, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, among others.
In particular Anurag has experience in advising on structural and regulatory considerations pertinent under FEMA, Companies Act and extant sectoral regulations that underly a transaction.
