Akrama Javed is part of the Transactions team and is based out of the firm’s Bengaluru office.
As
a part of the Transactions Team, Akrama is involved in advising the
clients on a range of matters across sectors, including
general corporate and secretarial advisory, intellectual property
rights, services in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions,
commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits.
When he's not working, Akrama loves to explore new places, put his thoughts into words, and unwind with a good swim.
