Anuj, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including banking and financial services companies, merchant bankers, manufacturing companies, insurance companies, retail companies in relation to capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, rights issues and offers for sale from the perspective of Indian law, and securities law advisory in relation to compliance with SEBI legal framework.
