Shivani is part of the Corporate & Commercial
practice and is based out of the firm’s New Delhi office.
She
advises clients on day-to-day legal issues as well as on all aspects of transactions, including
mergers, share sale/purchase and funding. She has significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for
corporates such as service agreements, lease agreements, vendor/
supplier contracts and employment
agreements.
In particular, Shivani’s practice areas include general
corporate advisory, contract drafting and negotiation, and
corporate transactions. She regularly
advises on commercial contracts, foreign exchange
laws, securities law, cross-border investments, incorporation of entities and several other issues relating to corporate
law.
In his/her spare time, Shivani enjoys traveling.
