Harshitha is part of the Real Estate practice and is based out of the firm’s Bengaluru office.
Harshitha advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, developers, purchasers, sellers and banks in relation to title related due diligences, drafting and vetting of various real estate transactional documents and reporting marketability of title for numerous purposes such as purchases, development, investment, compliances and for availing financial assistance amongst others.
In her spare time, Harshitha enjoys cooking and playing veena.
