Kamlendra is part of the Dispute Resolution practice and is based out of the firm’s New Delhi.
Kamlendra advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, banks, resolution professionals, manufacturers etc in relation to civil, corporate, and commercial disputes including arbitrations as well as insolvency/liquidation proceedings and advisory aspects including pre-litigation strategy.
In particular Kamlendra has experience in advising clients on matters related to insolvency and bankruptcy.
Kamlendra has written on a variety of subjects including Inter-se priority among secured creditors under the insolvency regime in India: Striking the Right Balance: Insolvency and Restructuring International, Vol 14, No. 2 published by International Bar Association.
