He advises clients ranging from prominent developers, builders, contractors, entrepreneurs, private companies, banks and multinational corporations on matters in relation to commercial real estate related transactions.
Diptayon has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, leave and license agreements, joint development agreements, development management agreements, project management contracts, construction agreements, sale agreements / deeds, partition deeds, exchange deeds, mortgage deeds, maintenance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership deeds, sponsorship agreements, brand endorsement agreements and co-working service agreements. He has also advised clients on the legal aspects related to formation of associations for various residential and commercial developments.
He has delivered presentations on Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 for several clients and the Bengaluru Realtors Association – India and advised them on various aspects pertaining thereto. He has co-authored an article on the Stamp Duty Regime in India which has been published in the Asia Pacific Tax Journal.
In his spare time, Diptayon enjoys painting, travelling and photography.
