Richa brings over two decades of experience spanning the fullspectrum of intellectual property law. She holds wealth ofexperience in patents and broader IP strategy, furtherenhancing the firm’s capabilities in advising clients oncomplex, innovation-led matters. Her core areas of focusinclude patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement,litigation strategy, and portfolio management. With a dualacademic background in science and law, Richa brings astrong technical foundation to her advisory work.
Richa has represented clients across life sciences,pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, consumerproducts, engineering, and emerging technologies. She is afrequent speaker at national and international IP forums andcontributes regularly to thought leadership in patent law. Richawas named the “Woman to Watch” by the AmericanIntellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). She is also anelected member of the executive council of FICPI, India and ispart of FICPI International as the Associate Reporter General.
Richa is the President of the LES (Licensing Executive Society) India. She also serves as the Vice-chair of LES, Asia Pacific and Life Sciences committee.

In her spare time, she likes to travel. She is also an avid reader and runs a reading podcast for children named Bookbibuli.
