Varnika is part of the Corporate and Commercial practice and is based out of the firm’s New Delhi office.
She advises clients on a host of corporate and commercial, and regulatory issues including inbound and outbound foreign investment, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In particular, she focuses on advising clients across the manufacturing and retail sectors on various related aspects of Indian commercial and company law.
In particular, she has been engaged in drafting/vetting various business and commercial agreements including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders agreement and distribution agreements.
In her spare time, Varnika enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
