Aayushi Kulshrestha is engaged in advising both domestic and foreign
clients on various transactions relating to infrastructure projects. She
specifically advises on renewable energy projects.
Aayushi
has been involved in drafting of, advising on, and review of, project related
documents which includes engineering procurement and construction contracts,
operation and management agreements, power purchase agreements, concession
agreements, vendor subcontracts, development, construction and management
agreements, and master supply agreements.
She has also been
involved in drafting of documents related to commercial real estate which
includes design and build agreements, lease deeds, sale deeds etc. She has also
been involved in conducting legal due diligence, drafting land due diligence
reports, advising on bid processes and related issues in the infrastructure
sector.
In her spare time, Aayushi
enjoys painting and doing social work.
