Suraj is part of the Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate and Commercial practice and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Suraj advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, funds, purchasers, sellers in relation to private equity transactions, projects, joint ventures or other related matters.
In particular Suraj has experience in advising on cross border mergers and acquisitions and private equity area across sectors, in particular, manufacturing, hospitality, education and pharmaceuticals.
In his spare time, Suraj enjoys binge watching and cooking.
