Asha Sreedhar works with the Transactions Team, which specializes in advising the clients on a range of matters across sectors, including general corporate and secretarial advisory, intellectual property rights, services in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits.
Asha works on deals and processes that involves providing of legal advises to companies during its incorporation and through its life cycle. Her scope of work also involves drafting and negotiating funding documentation, inter se shareholder arrangements and exit documentation.
Apart from law, her interests also include playing badminton and sketching.
