Ahona has a wide range of experience in acting for developers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers in the drafting, advising, and negotiation of various forms of construction and procurement contracts. This includes intricate contracts like engineering procurement and construction agreements, operation and management contracts, power purchase agreements, concession agreements, vendor subcontracts, and master supply agreements.
Ahona is also a seasoned in conducting legal due diligences with specific focus on infrastructure projects. Ahona has experience in evaluating potential risks and opportunities associated with funding, financing, development and mergers and acquisition transactions. She has also advised on bid-related matters, providing clients including government agencies, with insights needed to navigate complex tender processes and secure valuable contracts in the competitive infrastructure sector.
