Himanshu is part of the banking and finance practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office.
Himanshu, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including international and domestic funds, corporate houses, banks & financial entities on high-stake commercial and lending transactions, in relation to real estate, infrastructure, roads, renewable energy and manufacturing sector.
Himanshu
has written on a variety of subjects including on ‘Marketability under
Central Excise Act, 1944’ published by in GST Journal
and on Taxmann.
In his spare time, Himanshu enjoys trekking and camping.
