Gursimar advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including new-age businesses in the e-commerce, financial services, and telecommunications space, with advice on structuring of business and products, data privacy, commercial agreements, and platform terms and policies. In the past, Gursimar also represented clients in M&A and private equity transactions and joint ventures.
Gursimar regularly contributes to the firm’s publications including the fintech and the media law newsletters. He has also written on a variety of subjects such as data protection, e-commerce and retail trade and has sent stakeholder comments to regulators.
In his spare time, Gursimar enjoys experimenting with food and is also an avid car enthusiast and a football fan.
