Pritha is a Partner in the
Firm’s New Delhi office. She specialises in banking and finance and has
significant experience in the structured finance and debt capital markets
space.
She extensively advises on
cross border financing, acquisition financing, real estate finance (including
by way of fund raise by REITs), consortium lending, margin finance, limited
recourse financing, securitization and receivable financing structures and
related aspects.
Her area of expertise also
includes advising banks, financial institutions, corporates and multilateral
agencies on syndicated loans, foreign currency financing, debt investments by
foreign portfolio investors, and listed and unlisted debenture issuances
including on issues concerning exchange control regulations and securities
regulations. She has also advised Indian start ups on innovative debt products
including fund raise by way of offshore TLBs backed by Indian law regulated
credit comfort.

Pritha was a Principal Associate with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, New
Delhi and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.
