He specializes in venture capital and private equity investments,
mergers & acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.
He has significant experience representing
clients on domestic and cross-border investments, exits, acquisitions, business
transfers, restructurings, and other corporate and commercial matters. Having
represented several domestic and international clients across various sectors,
including ecommerce, IT/ ITeS, financial services, health & fitness,
manufacturing and logistics to name a few, he appreciates business and
commercial interests, and strives to provide practical solutions to his
clients.
