Priya Udita has experience advising clients on a range of matters across sectors, including FMCG companies, e-commerce entities, investors, funds, TMT in relation to private equity transactions, commercial contracts, corporate advisory or other related matters.
In particular Priya has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, funding documentation, inter-se shareholder arrangements, and acquisition documents.
