Shubham is part

and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Shubham advises international
and domestic venture capital and private equity funds, in their
investments and acquisitions of stakes in Indian and overseas companies
across various traditional and new age sectors such as FMCG,
health-tech, fin-tech, digital media, etc. He has also advised
companies, across various lifecycles, in raising funds from
institutional investors.
In his spare time,
Shubham enjoys exploring food and music.
