Mansi is a graduate of the WB National University of Juridical Sciences and has experience in advising issuers and underwriters on a range of matters in relation to equity and debt capital markets including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, buybacks, tender offers and bond issuance by Indian companies on foreign stock exchanges.
In particular Mansi has experience in drafting and reviewing offer documents for primary and secondary market issuance's, issue related agreements, appropriate filings with regulators and opinions.
In her spare time, Mansi enjoys reading, traveling and solving jigsaw puzzles.
