Anantha
has experience advising a varied set of clientele including
entrepreneurs, companies, domestic and international private equity and
venture capital funds
in relation to corporate advisory, restructuring, investments,
acquisitions, business transfers and exits. His expertise spans across a
plethora of sectors including e-commerce, healthcare, fitness,
agri-tech, fashion, IT/ITeS, logistics and media and entertainment,
to name a few. As a lawyer specializing in investments, Anantha has a
deep understanding of the legal aspects of investing and fundraising,
and strives to provide practical solutions to his clients. He also has
litigation experience before the Supreme Court
of India.

his spare time, Anantha unwinds by engaging in adventure activities
