office.
Urja
advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including
regulatory issues,
corporate governance and board advisory, share acquisitions,
structuring, business transfers, slump sale, private equity
transactions, and joint ventures.
In particular, Urja has advised extensively on public and private M&A transactions,
General Corporate Commercial and Private Equity Investments.
In her spare time, Urja enjoys cooking, reading and travelling.
