regularly appears before the Honourable courts and tribunals based in
Bengaluru, including
the High Court, District Courts, Magistrate Court, Karnataka Appellate
Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions amongst others. He also appears
before the ad-hoc and institutional arbitral
tribunals seated in Bengaluru. His appearance related assignments
involve both, standalone as well as accompanying Senior Counsels and/or
Partners.
In
particular, Shamanth has worked on assignments involving mainly real
estate and civil and commercial
laws, He has co-represented high net-worth individuals as well as
corporate clients engaged in the real estate, media and e-commerce
sectors.
In his spare time, Shamanth likes to travel on his motorcycle, cook and travel
