Shreya is part of the Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi/NCR office.
She is experienced in advising both domestic and foreign clients on the establishment and management of infrastructure projects which inter alia includes power projects, renewable energy projects, and real estate development.
Shreya has been involved in drafting of, advising on, review of, and negotiation of project related documents which includes engineering procurement and construction contracts, operation and management agreements, concession agreements, vendor subcontracts, master supply agreements and lease deeds. She has also been involved in conducting legal due diligence, advising on bid related and other issues in the infrastructure sector. Shreya also handles real estate assignments in the retail and hospitality sectors.
In her spare time, Shreya enjoys watching movies and exercising.
