Raavi Mehta is part of the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Fund Investment practice and is based out of the firm’s Bangalore office.
Raavi, who has over 5 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including such as investors, funds, purchasers, sellers, banks, borrowers, promoters and companies in relation to private equity transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other related matters.
In particular, Raavi has experience in advising on early-stage investments, M&A deals, commercial contracts, and joint ventures and collaborations.
Raavi has written on a variety of subjects including legal and regulatory changes in company and foreign exchange laws published by Bar & Bench, SCC, Taxmann, etc.
In her spare time, she likes to travel, dance and concoct new recipes.
