is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Megh
advises clients on a range of matters across
sectors, including domestic and cross-border funds, companies,
acquirers and sellers in relation to private equity, venture capital and
acquisitions-based transactions.
In particular, Megh has experience in advising
on venture capital and private equity transactions.
In his spare time, Megh enjoys playing profession
cricket and reading books majorly on public speaking and investments.
