Khushnum advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, funds, purchasers, and sellers in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions.
In particular Khushnum has experience in general corporate advisory, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
In her spare time, Khushnum enjoys travelling, listening to music, exercising and cooking.
