He has been representing Indian, foreign and multinational clients in their corporate and commercial disputes before various fora, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions across the country. A significant part of his practice has been advising and representing clients on issues such as disputes in relation to shareholders, insolvency, company laws, winding up, debt recovery, employment and labour laws, white collar crimes, trademark and copyright and tortious claims.
Yugank also regularly advises and represents clients across the insolvency ecosystem including resolution professionals, creditors and resolution applicants before various National Company Law Tribunals and the Appellate Tribunal.
