Raghav is part of the Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office.
Raghav, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including Solar Power Distributors, Government DISCOMS, and Solar Power Operations and Maintenance companies in relation to dispute resolution, mergers, and acquisitions, and energy regulatory.
Raghav has written on a variety of subjects including contemporary developments in the renewable energy sector, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and mergers and acquisitions published by Mondaq and Lexology. Raghav also enjoys researching and writing on issues related to Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection, and Public Policy.
