INDUSLAW’s competition law team (Team) provides comprehensive, cutting-edge competition and antitrust solutions to its clients. The Team has been involved in some of the most high-profile antitrust matters in competition law in India and routinely represents complainants as well as defending companies (including leniency applicants) before the Supreme Court (SC), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Competition Commission of India (CCI), Director General, CCI (DG) as well as various High Courts.

The Team has in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with merger control issues. The Team’s experience in dealing with complex cross-border transactions, acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures enables them to advise clients on devising merger control strategy to obtain CCI approval.
