Deadline for submission of annual report under Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 in Gurugram

The Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 mandates the Internal Complaints Committee to submit its annual report to the employer as well as the district officer although the law is silent on the timeframe for the report submission. The district officer of Gurugram however has now specifically notified 'April 30, 2022' as the last date for submission of the annual report every year.
