Sourav's areas of practice include corporate
finance, joint ventures, mergers and
acquisitions, general corporate advisory.
Sourav advises on a regular basis, both
domestic and foreign clientele on various legal aspects across sectors such as
real estate, technology, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, e-commerce, retail,
etc.
He has worked on a broad range of corporate
and commercial transactions related to borrowing and lending transactions, foreign
investments, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, etc. wherein he has
advised lenders, borrowers, companies, sellers and purchasers. Sourav has also
undertaken various assignments on compliance and regulatory work for clients
operating in the retail sector. He has also worked on some prominent real
estate transactions involving construction and development of residential
projects.
