Anantha
Krishnan Iyer is a graduate of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University,
Lucknow and specializes in corporate and commercial law.
He regularly
advises entrepreneurs, private companies, private equity and venture capital
funds in relation to general corporate advisory, private equity, venture
capital and mergers and acquisitions related work.
In
particular, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation in relation to investment
deals, private equity, venture capital and mergers and
acquisitions, including domestic and foreign investments.
He also has litigation experience before the Supreme Court of India.
In
his spare time, Anantha enjoys road trips, trekking, reading and watching
sci-fi and following Formula 1.
Before
joining INDUSLAW, Anantha worked with Phoenix Legal, Mumbai as an associate in
their corporate advisory and transactions team.
